Return/Refund Policy

Ez Mobility Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs. Returned items must be in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you discover any quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) within the after-sale warranty period, please contact us immediately and provide clear pictures of the defective item. We will replace it after inspection. Please do not discard the item and packaging until your issue is resolved.

 If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us at 1-833-428-4958 or email us at ezmobility@att.net We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.
